About the Event
Accidents can happen anytime whether you are at work or on the trail. This introductory course provides an overview of basic first aid principles that can help you respond confidently until professional medical care is available. This is not a certification course, but rather an introduction to recognizing common injuries and illness and preventing emergencies and providing care. whether you are new to first aid, or refreshing some knowledge, the goal is to provide practical knowledge that can help you stay safer both outdoors and everyday life.
