Meet Up Hike - Avery Creek

Join us for an 6.5 mile hike through Pisgah National Forest. Meeting up at 9 AM at The Hub just outside of the entrance to Pisgah and shuttle from there to the trailhead. Pack a lunch, snacks, rain jacket and plenty of water.

About the Event
Meet at The Hub just outside of Pisgah at 9 :00
I will shuttle us to the trailhead which is located up the road from the stables on Avery Creek Road.
We will be executing an out and back route to "Twin Falls"
There will be opportunities to wade in the water as well as water crossings so be prepared to take your boots off for a crossing or two.
Approximately 6.5 miles out and back with an elevation gain of 600 to 700 feet.
Bring snacks, water and a small lunch.
Looking at an approximate 3 to 4 hours, perhaps more we are never in a rush!
